Hello, my Beautiful Beings.
The last time I wrote here was 2022, and honey, a lot of life has happened since then. So pull up a chair. Let me catch you up — August 2022 to right now — because I have been living in the right time zone of my journey, and I want you to see what God has been doing.
I was born in 1964, and I remember knowing, even as a little girl, that music was already part of my life. It wasn't something I chose later. It was there at the beginning of my timeline. And all these years — through every twist, every diagnosis, every reinvention — I have been following God's guided steps and planning for my life. I am so grateful.
**2022 — the Grammys.** Our album *All One Tribe* by the 1 Tribe Collective was nominated for Best Children's Music Album at the 64th Grammy Awards. Twenty-four artists, one tribe — and my song "Set It Free" is track 17. A Grammy-nominated composer. Say it with me, honey. I earned every syllable.
**The Bahá'í faith has illuminated my life.** In 2024, I made pilgrimage to Haifa, Israel — the holiest journey of my life. And here at home, my Portland Bahá'í community holds me close. This past June I sang at the Juneteenth concert at the Portland Bahá'í Center, and I join my beloved Bahá'í Choir family every year for the annual Choral Festival — voices raised together over Memorial Day weekend, the way it should be.
'Abdu'l-Bahá wrote about this country I live in — my America, these great western states I call home:

> "The continent of America is, in the eyes of the one true God, the land wherein the splendors of His light shall be revealed, where the mysteries of His Faith shall be unveiled, where the righteous will abide and the free assemble. Therefore, every section thereof is blessed…"
> — 'Abdu'l-Bahá, *Tablets of the Divine Plan*
I feel that blessing right here in Portland, in our little circle of believers, and in the world beyond it. The light is moving, honey. I can feel it.
**2025 — the memoir.** *Married to a Rockstar* finally made its way into the world — my bass lines and musical blessings for healing, on the page at last.
**2026 — the interviews.** This year I have been a guest on podcast after podcast — wonderful hosts, deep conversations, and I get to bring my healing instruments right into the interview. Now let me tell you something honest: if it wasn't for PodPitch, I wouldn't be able to keep my career moving forward. I can't afford publicists and managers and agents. I'm dealing with a hidden illness that nobody can see. Yet the creative artist in me — the one that *God* can see — has blessed me with some exciting things moving forward. PodPitch is the best executive assistant that could be in my life right now to help me keep going. (My home care attendant Yara is pretty amazing in person, too — I have to give her her flowers.)
So here is what I want you to take from all of this: we have to make sure we're living in the right time zone of our journey on our timeline. We're born at the beginning of our timeline. Nobody gets to fast-forward you, and nobody gets to rewind you. You are exactly where your steps were guided to bring you.
I am MS rŌbi. I am still here. I am still singing. And the best is still on the timeline.
With love and gratitude,
Robbi
